Super skipping rope. Spins like the devil. Bearings, joints, strong steel cable with insulation and long handles. The cable is thin, doesn't catch on shoes, but it's heavy and stiff enough to fly well. Nothing to add, maybe you can cut a bit ;), because the cable is extra long – everyone can adjust to their own length. And a heads-up, the cable is really strong. My Leatherman Skeletool couldn't cut it. I had to use some really strong old pliers :)
