A weighted vest engineered for CrossFit workouts. Flexible and comfortable in use, facilitating the simple and effective intensification of physical exercises. Multiple Velcro panels enable attachment of various patches or emblems such as national flags or Morale Patches.
Constructed from dirt-repellent ballistic nylon with Oxford 600D weave. The front features a rubberized pocket for secure storage of essentials like a phone, wallet, or keys. Inside, 10 soft 3D panels lined with micro mesh provide ergonomically shaped ventilation channels to help prevent skin overheating during high-intensity workouts.
Wearing the vest supports gradual improvement in endurance during functional workouts and in the MURPH WOD (men's division). The vest weighs 1.5 kg on its own, and comes with two weight plates, each weighing 3.9 kg. The total maximum load with the vest can reach 9.3 kg (20 lb).
Weight plates are placed into specialized pockets on both the front and rear panels. Each pocket is equipped with fastening systems (straps and Velcro) designed to securely hold the plates in place during training.

The vest fits the body well and provides comfortable and safe use even during intense movement, such as on a treadmill. Thanks to the MOLLE system and velcro panels, it can be freely modified – for example, I bought an extra pocket and attached it to the front, which allows me to store my phone, keys, etc. during training. The weight provides stability and increases the effectiveness of exercises. Even during running and prolonged dynamic movement, the vest stays in place and does not cause skin abrasions. A major downside is the lack of any instructions included in the package. For people familiar with tactical equipment and gear for active use, it's definitely not a big problem, but at first, it took me a while to figure out how to unfasten the vest and install the plates on my own. Other guidelines would also be useful, such as how to safely choose the weight, how to wash and store it, and sample exercises utilizing it.
