Super carbine. Shots at 25 meters right in the center. At 50 meters, still on the target but more scattered, but I also wasn't aiming carefully and the target was of average size. I'm satisfied and happy with the purchase. Great fun. Powder charge 20 grains and semolina 20 grains, with a .454 ball, but I think a .451 ball would shear less when loading. I need to try it. I also recommend the store for fast shipping.

Barrel made of forged steel
The New Army Target Carbine features a 6-shot cylinder and operates with a percussion-cap black powder ignition system. Muzzle-loading in design, this carbine is outfitted with a forged steel barrel measuring .44 caliber and has a barrel length of 18 inches.
Walnut stock, cast steel frame
A closed frame constructed from black oxidized cast steel forms the core of the design. The stock is crafted from walnut wood, sharply angled downward, and showcases a pronounced notch within the recoil pad’s arch, accented by brass fittings. An enlarged brass trigger guard, overlapping the lower portion of the stock’s base, delivers secure support for the assisting hand.
Single Action mode, adjustable rear sight
The trigger functions in Single Action mode, requiring the hammer to be manually cocked prior to each shot. The cocking system provides two positions: half-cock, designated for fitting percussion caps onto the nipples, and full-cock, for actual firing.
Equipped with a lever-loading rod (plunger) affixed on a hinge beneath the barrel, the design is intended for seating lead balls in the cylinder’s chambers. I was lucky enough to buy this carbine at a lower price for 3270 PLN, but even if it cost 1000 PLN more, I would still pay that price because it is worth every penny - it's extremely accurate and powerful. With a 40 grain charge of Vesuvit, it shoots through a 6 cm dry oak plank... I recommend it because it could probably take down a wild boar with this carbine too...

Fast delivery, and above all, it's a fantastic, beautiful carbine, definitely one of the most interesting options in the black powder category. And it's Uberti, always good quality. I highly recommend it! (Note: it's especially important not to keep fingers in front of the trigger and cylinder, it requires a specific stance!)

Great carbine - it's a pity that Uberti only makes the version with an 18-inch barrel (not like the original 20, 24, 26, and 28 inches). Comfortable to use, light, and very accurate. At 50 meters I hit a jar lid every time, it's great - I recommend it.
