I especially recommend the revolver to people who appreciate its appearance. The blued version may be cheaper and the sights are easier to align because they're black, but the inox version is beautiful.

A replica of a design proven for 150 years. Of course, today it's made with better materials and much more precisely crafted than the originals from the 19th century. Perfectly matched parts and very smooth mechanism operation. With proper use, the weapon should last for many years. I recommend the product and the store Militaria.pl.

I waited with the review before firing the first shot. Brilliant and pure pleasure to shoot. A solid piece of weapon. As for the build, I’m no expert, but there’s nothing to complain about. Everything is well-fitted and works smoothly. I really recommend it. I pondered buying a black-powder revolver for a long time, but once you hold it in your hand, you won’t regret it.

I haven't shot it yet, the pistol is made at a high level. You could say it's a real gun. In this caliber, it'll probably take down an elephant. I recommend it. For now, it's hanging on the wall as a decoration.

As in the pictures, this is the HEGE Uberti version and that's exactly why I ordered the 8". I originally intended to buy the 5.5", but this is my first revolver and at the last minute I switched from a Pietti to this U... forged barrel, Hege logo on the barrel, year 2023, I am very happy even though I still struggle with installing the cylinder... sometimes it takes 5 seconds, sometimes 30, but I think I’ll get used to it. Everything is well-matched. I probably won’t shoot it soon due to lack of powder, but the revolver is beautiful. I bought a second one the next day, but from another brand and it's not sold here. I hope someday I’ll see a Remington Pietta at the range to compare.

Remington 1858 revolver in the HEGE Uberti version is a masterpiece of craftsmanship and functioning. My copy is the 60th anniversary version of HEGE, with silver screws just like in the pictures. Parts fit perfectly, zero unwanted play or unnecessary gaps in the construction. The mechanisms operate smoothly without snags or jams. Uberti did a great job for HEGE. The steel frame is 100% forged, not cast like earlier versions. Excellent weapon for these strange times, and also an investment, because the price will surely not go down. I recommend the Militaria.pl store, as they have great customer service and fast shipping (the package arrived the next day before noon), as well as the Uberti Remington revolver itself, especially since the price is now truly a bargain. P.S. When it comes to quality, Uberti beats Pietta hands down.

This is my first black powder revolver and I generally like it, except that I think the cylinder is too heavy and less metal could have been used between the chambers. Also, sometimes when loading, the cylinder may misalign and needs to be manually corrected, but this is probably due to the design, and since it's a replica, I have no complaints against the manufacturer.
