Varusteleka L4 Combat Pants Uniform Trousers - M05 Finnish Woodland Camo

Combat trousers in M05 Finnish Woodland Camo camouflage designed for intensive field use and activities that require maximum freedom of movement. They are made from a lightweight, flexible fabric with a grammage of 220 g/m2 and a Rip-Stop weave, containing 50% cotton, 48% polyamide and 2% elastane. Cordura reinforcements, adjustable design elements and 8 practical pockets increase the functionality of the trousers during intensive use.

Flexible Rip-Stop fabric, Cordura reinforcements, DWR waterproofing

The trousers are made from a lightweight, flexible fabric with a grammage of 220 g/m2 and a Rip-Stop weave, containing 50% cotton, 48% polyamide and 2% elastane. The flexible material follows the user's movements and does not restrict mobility during intensive activity. Cordura reinforcements placed on the inner side of the ankles and at cuff level increase the trousers' resistance to wear.

The fabric has a DWR waterproofing that limits water absorption and helps droplets run off its surface.

Compliance with NIR requirements

The camouflage and visible accessories are 100% compliant with NIR requirements, which reduces their visibility in the near-infrared range.

mid rise, freedom of movement, adjustment

The trousers have a mid-rise waist, raised at the back. A diamond-shaped gusset is used in the crotch to increase the range of movement. The internal elastic adjustment strap at the waist fastens with velcro and can be easily removed and replaced.

The knee height and leg length can be adjusted using elastic cords placed inside the legs. The calf circumference and cuff width are adjusted with velcro-fastened straps. This solution allows the trousers to be tailored to the user's build and preferences.

8 spacious pockets

The trousers are equipped with 8 practical pockets:

  • two open hip pockets,
  • two cargo pockets on the thighs, closed with velcro and buttons,
  • two front thigh pockets, closed with velcro,
  • two calf pockets, closed with velcro.

The cargo pockets have a pleated construction. Under a light load they lie close to the body, and when filled they increase their capacity. They can be closed with a button, velcro or both fasteners at the same time.

The reinforced knees are equipped with pockets for protective inserts, compatible with the recommended CPE inserts from the manufacturer.

waist fastening, wide loops

The fly is fastened with a Kroko brand zipper and a button. The waistband is equipped with 50 mm wide loops and loops placed at their lower ends. They allow additional accessories to be attached, such as ITW GrimLoc carabiners. There are also loops for suspenders at the waist.

M05 Woodland camouflage

The M05 camouflage (Finnish M05 Maastokuvio) is a family of pixelated camouflage patterns introduced into the Finnish Defence Forces in 2005 as a successor to the M91 pattern. It was developed based on digital analysis of photographs of Finnish forests taken in different seasons by the Finnish Forest Research Institute. The M05 family includes several variants, such as woodland, snow, and cold weather.

The main woodland version of M05 consists of patches in light green, dark green, brown, and dark graphite, effectively replicating the structure of Finnish forests. Due to similar vegetation and terrain conditions, the M05 Woodland camouflage also performs well in the forests of Central and Eastern Europe, providing effective concealment in natural surroundings.

Cordura feature
Cordura

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.

DWR feature
DWR

DWR (Durable Water Repellency) is a durable waterproofing treatment that increases the surface tension of water and creates a hydrophobic coating on materials. It protects the material from rapid soaking, improves drying, provides stain resistance and increases breathability.

Kroko zippers feature
Kroko zippers

High quality zippers from Belgian company Kroko, used in tactical and outdoor clothing and accessories. They are distinguished by high strength and resistance to weather conditions, meeting, among others, the requirements of certificates such as ISO 9001, DIN, BS, NFG, Oeko Tex and others.

NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance) feature
NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance)
NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance) is a material property of controlled reflection of radiation in the near-infrared (780-2500 nm) range, used primarily in tactical clothing and equipment. NIR-treated fabrics are designed to reduce the thermal emission and reflection of IR radiation, allowing the material's surface temperature to be kept close to ambient. This reduces the risk of detection of the wearer by electronic-optical surveillance systems, including night vision and infrared sensors. NIR technology significantly improves the effectiveness of camouflage in combat and low-light conditions.
