A rifle scope offering 3-9x variable magnification with a 24 mm objective lens was developed on the basis of the PSO-1 NPZ and the POSP 2-6x24. The scope's body was created from rugged and corrosion-resistant 6063 T6 aluminum coated with the "hammer" enamel characteristic of Soviet and early Russian rifle scopes. The durable design provides shock resistance up to 500 g.
The sight mount and reticle illumination system have been modified to improve the sight's fit to the mount. As a result, the sight fits both SWD selector rifles and AK carbines (even AKS-74U), or WSS or AS WAŁ replicas made by LCT.
The sight's reticle is clear, with two levels of red illumination. It is adjusted by two turrets with clear clicks (1 click = 0.75 MOA). The sight is powered by one CR2032 battery.
The set includes:
- OPFF-03 sight,
- sunshader cover along with a flip-up,
- rubber pig-eye type eyepiece,
- wrench for adjusting the mount,
- cleaning cloth.
