Vici O2 Stonewash G10 Fixed Blade Knife - Black

A fixed-blade knife intended for everyday use and all kinds of field work, equipped with a Drop-Point profile blade made of O2 tool steel (1.2842), characterized by high abrasion resistance. The model features an ergonomic handle made of G10 laminate. The set includes a rigid sheath made of Kydex.

O2 tool steel

The knife is made of high-carbon O2 tool steel hardened to 58-59 HRC. The material used, combined with precise heat treatment, is characterized by high durability, resistance to cracking, and good edge retention. Additionally, this steel is easy to sharpen, even in field conditions.

Full-Tang construction, stonewash finish

The 130 mm long and 3,5 mm thick blade has a Drop-Point shape and a clearly defined belly, increasing the tool's cutting efficiency. The blade has a high flat grind, which ensures optimal durability and good cutting properties.

On the spine, at the thumb rest point, there is jimping facilitating blade control during cutting. The blade surface has been finished using the Stonewash method, which makes the blade more matte and makes scratches formed during use less visible.

Handle made of G10 laminate

The model has a Full-Tang design, which means that the knife tang runs through the entire length of the handle. The ergonomically shaped scales are made of durable G10 laminate in black, ensuring a solid and secure grip. Protection against the hand accidentally slipping onto the blade is provided by the handle indentation and the cross guard, increasing safety during use.

Kydex sheath included

The set includes a rigid sheath made of lightweight and damage-resistant Kydex. Holes and eyelets placed on each side of the sheath enable multiposition mounting to equipment. A loop at the back of the sheath allows belt mounting.

Za-Pas

Militaria.pl is a premium dealer of Za-Pas.

Za-Pas is a family-run knife workshop from Poland, founded in 2016 by Daniel Pabiś and his brothers. From the beginning, the company has focused on creating durable, practical knives manufactured 100% in Poland - from design to finished product. Each item is made in a small batch, with attention to detail. The range includes outdoor, hunting, and tactical knives, as well as accessories such as sheaths, sharpeners, and blades. Za-Pas is also responsible for carrying out special projects - such as the WZ.25 Grom knife, designed by Militaria.pl in cooperation with soldiers and outdoor enthusiasts.

O2 feature
O2
O2 is a medium carbon tool steel (approximately 0.9%) characterized by good hardness, abrasion resistance, and strength. Its carbon content ensures high hardness in the range of 58-60 HRC after appropriate heat treatment, which allows for a durable cutting edge. This steel also contains small amounts of manganese (0.3%) and silicon (0.2%), which improves its hardenability and structural stability. O2 is relatively easy to machine, making it a popular choice for the manufacture of cutting tools, industrial knives, files, and cutting tools. It is susceptible to corrosion and therefore requires proper maintenance and protection against rust. Due to its abrasive properties and hardness, O2 steel is mainly used in work tools that require wear resistance.
G10 feature
G10
G10 is a lightweight and extremely durable material, considered one of the best for knife production. It is created by pressure-pressing fiberglass with phenolic resin, which gives it high durability and resistance to mechanical damage. It is chemically inert, does not conduct electricity, and retains its properties at both low and high temperatures. In terms of parameters, it is similar to carbon fiber, but its production is much cheaper. G10 handles are manufactured by precision cutting and cutting, which increases the cost of processing but ensures a perfect fit and long knife life.
Kydex feature
Kydex
Kydex is a thermoplastic, durable material commonly used in the production of knife sheaths. It is resistant to impact, scratches, and changing weather conditions, and has very low moisture absorption. The sheaths are molded directly onto the knife, which guarantees a perfect fit, high durability, and complete safety—the blade remains securely in place even during dynamic movements. Due to its durability and customization options, Kydex has gained popularity in the tactical and survival industries. Sheaths are often equipped with additional mounting holes with metal eyelets, which increase their durability and allow for easy attachment of buckles, clips, or loops to a belt or harness.
Stonewash feature
Stonewash
Stonewash is a blade finishing technique that involves treating steel in a drum filled with stones, ceramic abrasives, or beads. The impact of the material creates a characteristic, irregular pattern with micro-scratches, giving the effect of a matte, slightly “aged” surface with a raw, practical appearance. The finish gives the knife an aesthetic look and masks minor scratches and marks that occur during use, keeping the blade looking like new for longer. The matte texture reduces light reflections, which is valued in tactical and outdoor knives, and the micro-scratches can further reduce friction during cutting. Due to its durability, discreet appearance, and ease of maintenance, stonewash is popular in EDC, field, and tactical knives.
