This is a really great chef's knife. The handle does not become slippery during use due to its slightly coarse finish, and it is slightly grainy. The handle is well-shaped, wear-resistant, and high quality. It has excellent cutting properties, and the steel used by Victorinox keeps its sharpness for a long time and is easy to sharpen. It is worth recommending and buying in every way—I recommend it!

In my opinion, the most universal knife for everything, the size is just right. A 25 cm knife is not very handy for everyday tasks, but this one is pure fury for vegetables and meat—great handle and high blade—excellent ergonomics—I recommend it.
