Great equipment – I use the Vortex Razor AMG UH-1 Gen II and it really gets the job done. Astigmatism truly doesn’t affect the reticle’s clarity – the image is sharp, without blur or “stars,” which was crucial for me when choosing. Operation is very simple and intuitive – the buttons are tactile, and brightness adjustment works smoothly even with gloves on. Mounting is quick and secure, no hassle, everything holds zero as it should. A definite plus is the large window – it offers excellent field of view and very fast target acquisition, especially in dynamic shooting. The reticle (circle + dot) is clear and helps both at close range and for longer shots. Build quality is high – the sight is solid and feels very durable. In addition, charging via USB is a convenient solution, so there’s no need to constantly fiddle with batteries. If I had to point out anything, it could be a bit lighter and the battery life on one charge could be longer – but that’s more of a characteristic of all holographic sights, not just this model. To sum up: a very good choice for the AR-15, especially if you care about speed, comfort, and good reticle visibility. I can easily recommend it.
