Great magazine, does not jam, incredible accuracy, regulator... wow
Walther Rotex RM8 Varmint Carbine features a contemporary design and a stock crafted from rugged synthetic material. This PCP carbine utilizes compressed air and offers an 8-shot magazine compatible with diabolo lead pellets.
NOTICE!!!
A compressed air source is necessary for recharging PCP airguns:
- Refill from a cylinder using a PCP charging set
- Or refill with a manual pump
PCP (Precharged Pneumatics) systems excel over spring-powered air rifles due to the absence of recoil typically produced by a spring-driven piston. As moving parts weigh under 10 grams, their action is unnoticeable even in rifles exceeding 3 kg. As a result, PCP rifles allow for use with lighter trigger pulls and accommodate higher magnification optics, enabling shooters to support the rifle during firing without experiencing recoil kickback.
A high raised cheekpiece ensures comfort when using various optics. The stock features a ventilated rubber buttpad that fits securely into the shooting shoulder pocket. The slim pistol grip provides a stable hold as well as easy access to the safety. The Thumbhole type stock is ambidextrous, designed for seamless use by both left-handed and right-handed shooters.
A threaded barrel supplied by renowned German manufacturer Lothar-Walther is equipped on the air rifle. A choke at the muzzle end of the barrel enhances overall shooting precision.
Equipped with a steel cartridge holding 200 cm3 of compressed air, the system can be pressurized up to 232 BAR. At full pressure, the rifle delivers up to 180 shots with consistent muzzle velocity. Depending on pellet selection, initial velocities can reach up to 180 m/s. Refilling is quick and efficient using the supplied quick-release coupler, which attaches to the cylinder hose.
Iron sights are not included, however, an 11 mm standard rail permits the installation of optical scopes.
The set is complemented by a robust aluminum magazine with a capacity for 8 rounds in 5.5mm caliber. With each cycle of the four-step loading mechanism, the magazine rotates for seamless chambering of the next pellet.

The carbine is amazing. The best choice on the market in this price range. Accuracy as described. Superb.

Second opinion. Over 500 shots fired. Excellent accuracy with JSB exact Jumbo RS. I have installed a suppressor and a grip on the bottom rail. Looks very tactical. I recommend it.

I think not only the average shooter will be satisfied. The carbine is handy, accurate, and has no visible flaws. Easy and intuitive to use. Add a budget Hawke scope on medium mounts and you can shoot as much as you want. I recommend it.
