Constructed from robust 70D nylon with a specialized hydrophobic coating, the cover guarantees water resistance up to 5000 mm water column/m2. Incorporation of the Rip-Stop weave significantly enhances the fabric’s durability against abrasions and tearing. Taped seams provide extra defense against moisture intrusion.

A secure fit to the backpack is provided by elastic drawstrings with a stopper. Enhanced protection against slipping is delivered by a rugged Duraflex buckle, ensuring the cover stays in place. Quick and compact storage is possible with the included selfpack mesh pouch, removing the need for separate packaging. A built-in drainage hole efficiently prevents water accumulation inside the cover.

    This rain cover for a backpack seems durable and carefully made. I bought it to protect a 65-liter Brandit Cooper XL backpack from the rain, and it fits it very well. I do not intend to stay out in the rain on purpose, but I want the backpack and its contents to remain dry during a downpour.
