Visors crafted for Wiley X eyewear in the Founder series are constructed from robust polycarbonate and finished with a T-Shell Anti Scratch layer for enhanced scratch resistance. An advanced oleophobic coating effectively repels dust, dirt, oil, snow, and water, minimizing residue and water vapor build-up on the lens. Offering exceptional clarity, the lenses also reduce intense glare and deliver a light transmission of 14 - 20%.
The visors utilize HVP (High Velocity Protection) technology, guarding eyes against high-speed impacts in accordance with class F standards (resistance to impacts from 0.86 g objects traveling at 45 m/s).
Captivate technology ensures a balanced visible light spectrum, allowing light to reach the eye more evenly. Maintaining neutral color perception while enhancing greens, it also reduces glare and heightens contrast and color outdoors, all while shielding eyes from harmful UVA and UVB rays.
