Frames constructed from the lightweight and durable Triloid material ensure a secure fit without sacrificing comfort when wearing hearing protection or night vision equipment. • MIL-PRF-32432A: In compliance with this standard, the frame and visors endure impacts from projectiles or fragments measuring 3.8 mm in diameter, traveling at velocities between 700 and 725 km/h.
• ANSI Z87.1 – Specifies the impact resistance of both visor and frame. Evaluations include tests for durability against a heavy steel mass (High Mass) and a high-velocity steel ball (High Velocity), ensuring reliable protection against standard mechanical threats.
• EN.166S – Satisfies the European criteria for protection against impacts from moving objects (Medium Energy Impact). Class S mechanical strength denotes that the frame and visors offer increased resistance to impacts by a 22 mm steel ball weighing 43 g, traveling at an approximate speed of 5.1 m/s (18.36 km/h).
