Knife sharpening system with a fixed angle 20 degrees. Sharpening takes place on sintered tungsten carbides arranged in a V-shape. To sharpen a knife, simply pull the blade through several times. The sharpener is recommended for both straight and serrated blades. It works well for stainless and carbon steel knives.

The sharpener is mounted to a smooth surface using a suction cup. Inside there is a chip tray emptied by removing the top cover. For the Classic Evo version, the sharpener's body is made of plastic.
