Also referred to as tactical backpacks, they allow you to carry the equipment you need during the task, independent of all the luggage - possessions you have with you on the trip (mission). Assault or patrol backpacks allow you to increase the amount of equipment you carry on you with extra water, rations or additional instrumentation. Due to the specific circumstances in which these backpacks are used, they have a profile that works with worn personal equipment systems (vests, belts, etc.) or QR (quick release) buckles, allowing you to drop your luggage when necessary without unnecessary movement.
An assault backpack, also known as a patrol backpack, is an essential piece of equipment for every soldier and military fan. They are much roomier compared to traditional urban backpacks, allowing you to carry all the necessary equipment. In addition, they can usually be recognized by military colors, such as tactical olive green (Olive Green, Olive Drab) or military camouflage (Camogrom, Woodland, Wz.93, etc.).
Patrol backpacks have been equipped with a number of systems and amenities, such as comfortable comfort pads on the back and suspenders or a wide hip belt, making it easier to carry gear during a long march. Some of the assault backpacks have been equipped with MOLLE mounting system straps, allowing to attach a number of additional pouches or pockets to the backpack, thus increasing the overall capacity. Special tactical backpacks, thanks to holes and handles on the suspenders, also work with hydration systems, thus enabling the user to drink water without having to stop or take out a water tank from the backpack.
