Gamo carbines are windcheaters from the Spanish manufacturer designed primarily for recreational shooting. You can choose from a variety of models differentiated by the material of construction, the type of drive used or the grip. Gamo offers both wooden and plastic windcheaters. You also have a choice of spring and PCP models. In spring-loaded windcheaters, reloading is done by breaking the barrel after each shot. The spring can be either classic or gas-powered. The latter is called before Gamo IGT, or Insert Gas Technology. It has a longer service life than a traditional spring, reduces vibrations and is quieter.
PCP models, on the other hand, have a magazine and allow you to fire multiple shots. PCP air rifles have a dedicated compressed air tank, which you can fill with a special pump
Among the Spanish manufacturer's windcheaters you will also find kits that include a spotting scope. It will allow you to take more accurate shots from a greater distance. Sets that already include a scope are especially recommended for beginners and intermediate shooters.
