I was looking for a first aid kit that isn't just for peace of mind, but actually works when (knock on wood) the need arises. And this is it. Everything inside is thoughtfully selected for serious injuries, not just scraped knees. The kit is well packed and fits into a backpack without any problem. Of course, you can put everything together yourself, but buying this first aid kit solves the issue right away. A very solid product.
Modular first aid kit featuring a collection of crucial components for administering first aid in cases of injuries and bleeding. Enables rapid and effective response in emergency situations.
The kit was developed in cooperation with experienced medical rescuers. An instruction manual is included, outlining procedures based on the MARCH protocol. Methods for treating injuries involving limbs, chest, and junctional areas are also detailed. Additional guidance on the MPHAATD protocol and the ATMIST report is provided.
Produced in a green color scheme, reflecting a military style. A two-way zipper ensures immediate access to supplies, while the rear Velcro panel allows secure attachment to backpacks or other gear.
Included in the set:
- two pairs of disposable nitrile gloves, size "L",
- one CAT tourniquet,
- one permanent marker,
- one Israeli type individual bandage, 10 cm x 4 cm,
- one large type W individual dressing,
- compressed gauze,
- one NRC foil (thermal blanket),
- one pair of metal rescue scissors, 16.5 cm,
- one BCS vent dressing,
- one ChitoGauze XR PRO ChemCon hemostatic dressing,

A very good module, like all the others from Traumakit. This is probably the only manufacturer whose "ready-made" products I use. Their first aid kits are well thought out, well put together, and of good quality. Additionally, the idea with the modules is great.
