The light is very similar to that in the Wizard C1, and perhaps even exactly the same — they probably used the same LED with identical color temperature and the same front TIR lens. The magnet in the Elf C1 is stronger than in the Wizard C1, so the magnetic mount holds more securely. The beam angle works well on mountain trails and forest roads, and the amount of spill light is sufficient to clearly see the ground under your feet. The build quality is at a high level, typical of Armytek, and the resistance to impacts and water is very good. I tested it with both CR123A batteries and 16340 cells, and in both cases everything works flawlessly. 18350 batteries, regardless of whether they have a protruding positive terminal or not, also work without any problems.
