Set of three high-protein bars with a vanilla flavor manufactured by Arpol, a Polish company specializing in food rations for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland. The product is vacuum-packed within waterproof packaging, ensuring durability even in extreme outdoor environments.     Such products regularly end up in my prepper kit or backpack; they have a very long shelf life. One of them wasn't tightly sealed – there was probably a small hole, so it wasn't suitable for long-term storage. I ate it right away and the chocolate was surprisingly tasty, nutty, and mild.

    Protein bars are an excellent source of energy in the short term, and thanks to their high protein content, also in the long term. Additionally, they are very tasty, which is not so obvious when it comes to energy bars.
