Great baton, perfect for self-defense. For me, the best size, 12 is a bit too short, while 16 and maybe 18 are perfect. Not too long and not too heavy, ideal for discreet carrying, increase the sense of security. I definitely recommend.
Present on the market since 1976, the American company ASP (Armament Systems and Procedures, Inc.) is a pioneer and currently also a leader in the production of the highest quality expandable batons. ASP batons have been used and highly valued for years by the American police, FBI, and many other American government agencies, as well as professionals in over 80 other countries. Quality you can trust with your life!
Sentry is the line of ASP batons modeled after the classic F, series, differing primarily in the type of steel used. In the case of the Sentry line, it is less expensive than 4140 steel yet still very good, 4130 steel. This move, along with limiting the handle choice to one type, achieved a very favorable quality-to-price ratio
The Sentry batons use a simple and proven Friction Loc locking system utilizing the wedging phenomenon of the contact between tapered segment surfaces. Many manufacturers currently use this solution, but ASP stands out with its perfect execution and extraordinary durability.
The baton segments are made of hardened 4130 steel and secured with a durable Black Nickel coating.
The handle in all Sentry batons is a textured Strike Force grip made of durable rubber Santoprene
Variant with a length of 21 inches (53 cm).

Great baton, I recommend it.

Not tested yet, but looks solid

Solid baton, as others say, when folding it you need to do a bit of gymnastics and I wouldn't recommend doing it at home :D

Solid workmanship, does not break after the first impact, good product

Very solid baton. It's easy to unfold and sits well in the hand. It's quite heavy, but that's understandable given its solid construction. Folding it takes quite a bit of strength. It's necessary to hit it against a hard surface.

Cool toy, if you hit someone hard with it, it hurts, so it definitely does its job. It's durable, although some paint is coming off the tip. Anyway, I recommend it, the product meets my expectations.

Works efficiently, solidly made. I recommend it

Very handy baton. Excellent for everyday carrying. Its lightness allows for much quicker movements than the popular 21', which definitely makes up for the shorter reach. The rubber handle is very comfortable. It provides good grip, but doesn't tire the hand. The only downside is the lack of a metal ending on the handle, which would prevent deformation and scratching of the rubber when closing the baton on a hard surface.

The baton is very well made, it feels solid in the hand, I hope I won't have to use it. I recommend it.

Short baton, easy to hide, perfect if you go somewhere alone, for safety. I recommend it to everyone. Well made.
