It works great with the radio. I use it when my Baofeng is in a pouch on the side of my vest or in a backpack. Thanks to it, I don't have to look for the transmit button on the device itself, which makes communication on the move much easier. The sound is clear, and the clip holds tightly to the gear. Great equipment, although small, everything works properly, clear sound. My only downsides are the small size and the fact that sometimes the PTT button sticks, but that's only when you press it hard and doesn't happen often. Overall, I recommend it.
