The Baofeng UV-5R EU Mini transceiver features a Dual Watch capability, enabling users to listen to two channels at once. Operators can transmit on the primary frequency while keeping track of a secondary frequency. Channel switching is accomplished through a dedicated button.

Small, lightweight, and surprisingly functional. It performs well in the field, and the distinctive color makes it easy to quickly find the equipment. Big plus for the possibility of charging via USB-C, so you don't have to carry an extra charger.

The radio is limited to frequencies of 144, 146, 380, and 400 MHz. It cannot transmit outside of these bands, nor can it be unlocked. It does not support transmission on PMR and commercial frequencies, which we use at work.
