I rarely buy insoles, but I started feeling foot pain in my work shoes, so I looked into the topic of insoles a bit and I have to admit that Bennon insoles are excellent. Two days ago I changed the insoles and immediately felt a noticeable difference—pain and foot fatigue disappeared. Highly recommended.

Excellent insoles. I had no experience, I didn't know much, so I trusted the reviews on Militaria.pl and Bennon insoles turned out to be a bull's-eye. Two years ago I had a rather serious foot injury and had to learn how to walk again. Before going to the mountains, I bought these insoles and they worked. Now I bought the same ones in a smaller size for my daughter, who leads quite an active lifestyle. It's worth mentioning that after wearing the insoles nonstop for 2 years, they've flattened a bit, but are by no means worn out. I also bought a second pair for myself so I don't have to switch the old ones between shoes. I sincerely recommend them.

Solid insoles, worth their price. I use them both in everyday shoes and in field shoes and I have nothing to complain about. They have saved my feet on many marches over 15 km with a load.

Great insoles, after a year of use at work I have nothing to complain about, they are really worth their price. When the current ones wear out, I will definitely buy another pair because the comfort is worth it.

Good insoles. For me, they could be a bit thinner and with less cushioning, but I am still satisfied. Tested during marches with a backpack over 20km. In the end, I switched to others, but I still consider these insoles worth buying.

I am buying these insoles again. Previously, I used them in Lowa Zephyr shoes (I got really bad blisters ;-( ). After switching to these gel insoles, nothing hurts. I hike in the mountains and on the training ground like a chamois ;-D I recommend them!! ;-)

The insoles are very comfortable, they cushion and eliminate imperfections in the interior finish of the shoe. I had a problem because my feet hurt as there was an uneven spot under the insole in one shoe, but I liked those shoes. Replacing with these insoles completely changed the comfort of walking. I feel that it is now comfortable and soft. My foot does not hurt and does not sweat. I am very satisfied. I also bought such insoles for my son and he is also satisfied. Unfortunately, encouraged by good reviews, I bought the insoles. With my walking style, this model does not work. The gel insole is too small and does not coincide with the spot where the heel contacts the ground. In my case, I got blisters on both heels at the spot where the gel oval ends. The edge of the gel turns out to be simply hard and irritates the heels. I trust the brand, as I own two pairs of shoes from this company.

Very comfortable insoles, I will buy them again in the future, I can easily recommend them. I use them with Solognac shoes and walk 10-20 km a day in them. I chose size 44 and they fit perfectly to the same size shoe. In my case, they adapted to my feet quite quickly, probably due to the amount of kilometers. Completely trouble-free product.

You can feel the gel under your foot for the first 3 days, then it goes away and the shoes become phenomenally comfortable to walk in! Very comfortable insole for military and trekking boots. I added them to my Lowa MK2 GTX.

For me, it's a disaster. Because of the round gel insert on the heel, I feel like I have a poker chip in my shoe. I walked a few hundred meters and took the insoles out of my shoes out of irritation.

Encouraged by a friend, I bought a pair to test during my daily runs. I'll say this: at first it felt a bit strange, like something unnatural under the heel, but over time I realized the insoles give the heel a nice massage. An hour of running was enough to see that my foot wasn't tired at all, and didn't slip inside the shoe from sweat, which seems to be much better wicked away than with the original insoles.
