The knife makes a good impression right from the start, it is lightweight for its size, factory-sharpened enough to shave, has a beautiful satin blade and a handle that is pleasant to the touch. There is nothing to complain about.
Bestech Knives BG62B Swordfish Folding Knife - Black/White
Engineered as an EDC (Every Day Carry) folding knife, this model features a Spear-Point profile blade crafted from highly durable, corrosion-resistant 14C28N stainless steel with a hardness of 58-60 HRC. The blade showcases a satin finish and is shaped with a flat grind for precision cutting.
Spear-Point blade, 14C28N stainless steel, jimping
Featuring a Spear-Point blade profile, the knife is crafted from 14C28N stainless steel, known for its outstanding hardness and resistance to corrosion. The blade utilizes a flat grind for optimal performance. A section of jimping (notches) is integrated on the spine, providing enhanced thumb traction for superior control during cutting tasks.
flipper, Button Lock
Effortless blade deployment is ensured by the flipper, which, once the knife is open, functions as a small bolster to keep your hand from sliding onto the blade during use. The integration of ceramic ball bearings delivers exceptionally smooth and unhindered blade action. Outfitted with a Button Lock, the mechanism securely engages upon opening, preventing unintended blade closure while in use. Releasing the lock is achieved by pressing the button located on the front side of the handle scales.
g10 laminate, resilient clip
Handle scales constructed from robust G10 laminate are contoured for ergonomic comfort. A spring-loaded clip, set in the tip-up orientation, ensures secure and convenient carry on a belt or pocket edge. The handle features a lanyard hole for attaching a safety cable or key ring.

A large knife with a very pleasant lock. The color combination is surprisingly fitting and fashionable with current trends. You get a lot of knife for the money. I recommend it.

The purple looks nice with the rest of the knife in black. The button lock is very simple and pleasant to use. The mechanism is smooth, the sharpness is satisfactory. I recommend it.

Bestech Swordfish is quite a large knife. When unfolded, it is bigger than the Mora Companion, which makes it very comfortable to use. The 10 cm long and 3.5 mm thick blade can handle any task (I don't use folders for batoning). The steel, heat treatment, and grind are optimally useful in my opinion. If you don't like carrying a knife on your belt, I recommend it.
