The knife makes a good impression right from the start, it is lightweight for its size, factory-sharpened enough to shave, has a beautiful satin blade and a handle that is pleasant to the touch. There is nothing to complain about.
Bestech Knives BG62F Swordfish Folding Knife - Black/Light Blue
Everyday carry (EDC) folding knife equipped with a Spear-Point profile blade, crafted from robust, corrosion-resistant 14C28N stainless steel and hardened to 58-60 HRC. A flat grind has been used to achieve the satin-finished blade.
Spear-Point blade, 14C28N stainless steel, jimping
Forged from 14C28N stainless steel, the blade features a Spear-Point design, ensuring outstanding hardness and superior resistance to corrosion. Engineered with a flat grind, the blade offers precise cutting performance. For enhanced handling and control during use, jimping (notched thumb rest) is integrated onto the spine, providing a secure grip for the thumb during cutting tasks.
flipper, Button Lock
Effortless deployment of the knife is ensured by the flipper, which serves as a small guard when the blade is open, helping to prevent your hand from sliding onto the blade during use. Ceramic ball bearings deliver a smooth and seamless opening experience. The knife features a Button Lock mechanism, which engages automatically upon opening to secure the blade and prevent unintentional closure while in operation. To disengage the lock, simply press the button positioned at the front of the handle on the scales.
g10 laminate, resilient clip
Featuring robust G10 laminate handle scales, contoured for ergonomic comfort. Outfitted with a spring-loaded clip in the tip-up configuration, the knife ensures convenient carry when attached to a belt or pocket edge. A dedicated hole at the handle’s end accommodates a safety lanyard or key ring.

A large knife with a very pleasant lock. The color combination is surprisingly fitting and fashionable with current trends. You get a lot of knife for the money. I recommend it.

The purple looks nice with the rest of the knife in black. The button lock is very simple and pleasant to use. The mechanism is smooth, the sharpness is satisfactory. I recommend it.

Bestech Swordfish is quite a large knife. When unfolded, it is bigger than the Mora Companion, which makes it very comfortable to use. The 10 cm long and 3.5 mm thick blade can handle any task (I don't use folders for batoning). The steel, heat treatment, and grind are optimally useful in my opinion. If you don't like carrying a knife on your belt, I recommend it.
