Very interesting, unique shapes of both the blade and the handle. Surprisingly quite practical once you put it to work. High quality craftsmanship, as usual from this manufacturer.
Folding, multi-purpose knife featuring a blade with a Modified Sheepfoot profile. The Nogard model was created by the renowned Polish knife designer Grzegorz "Kombou" Grabarski.
The blade is crafted from powder metallurgy M390 stainless steel, known for its exceptional wear and corrosion resistance. Hardened to 58-60 HRC, the cutting edge benefits from a flat grind. A satin finish gives the blade a semi-matte appearance, while a section is treated with a black matte coating. The finger choil (ricasso) allows finger placement above the flipper for advanced grip. Jimping on the spine near the thumb ramp improves blade control during use.
Deployment is facilitated by a flipper or alternatively, an oval-shaped thumb hole. The blade is securely held in place by a Frame Lock mechanism. Smooth, fast opening is ensured thanks to the ceramic ball bearing system within the knife’s primary pivot.
Handle scales with ergonomic contours are formed from titanium and feature a carbon fiber insert. A spring clip, designed for tip-up/r carry, provides comfortable and secure everyday carry options.
