Samari arrived yesterday. To be honest, I already fell in love during the purchase just by looking at the pictures, but holding it in my hand in real life is simply a work of art! A beautiful knife.
Lightweight, folding EDC (Every Day Carry) knife featuring a Clip-Point blade profile. The Samari model was crafted by renowned Polish knifemaker Grzegorz "Kombou" Grabarski.
The blade is forged from high-performance, powdered M390 stainless steel, known for exceptional impact resistance as well as outstanding wear and corrosion resistance. The blade reaches a hardness of 59-61 HRC. Finished with a satin treatment, the surface offers a subtle semi-matte appearance, while part of the blade receives a black matte coating for added style. Jimping (notches) is integrated on the blade’s spine where the thumb rests, delivering enhanced handling and control during cutting operations.
A flipper mechanism allows fast and easy blade deployment and also acts as a small cross guard to protect your hand from slipping onto the blade. Secure blade lockup is ensured by a Frame Lock system. Blade action is made even smoother and faster thanks to the incorporation of a ceramic ball bearing pivot.
Handle scales are constructed from 6AL4V titanium, and the anti-slip texture provides a reliable grip, even in dirty or wet conditions. Knife features a titanium clip in the tip-up/r. configuration for convenient carry.
