The blade on the Sheepfoot knife is crafted from high-carbon D2 tool steel, a material considered semi-stainless due to its notable corrosion resistance. Enhanced with vanadium and a substantial amount of chromium, the blade boasts exceptional abrasion resistance, ensuring prolonged edge retention. The steel is hardened to 58-61 HRC, offering increased toughness and superior durability against dulling.

Featuring a contoured, ergonomic design, the handle is crafted from G10 laminate, a material renowned for its durability and resistance to the elements. A lanyard hole is positioned at the rear of the handle for easy attachment. The anti-slip grip texture and the index finger groove with added jimping deliver a secure and confident hold. Outfitted with a spring-assisted steel clip, the knife can be carried in the pocket in a tip-up orientation.

Blade deployment utilizes a flipper, with a ceramic ball bearing integrated into the pivot for smoother opening action. A Liner Lock mechanism secures the blade in place. Jimping is present on the spine where the thumb rests, enhancing control during use.
