Equipped with a Clip-Point blade profile, the knife is crafted from D2 tool steel, known for its superior cutting performance and exceptional wear resistance. Enhanced with a black titanized coating, the blade features a sleek semi-matte finish.

Scales made of durable G10 laminate, Deep-Carry clip

The handle is crafted from red G10 laminate. A finger undercut combined with a non-slip texture ensures a reliable and firm grip. A deep-carry clip that can be repositioned provides practical carry options, allowing the knife to be attached securely to a belt, pocket edge, or other gear.

Stable liner-lock, bearing-mounted main axle

Smooth deployment of the knife is ensured by a bearing main axle in combination with a flipper, which also serves as a small bolster once the knife is fully opened. Reliable locking of the blade in the open position is provided by a robust and secure Liner Lock.

D2 is a high-carbon tool steel classified as semi-stainless, characterized by high wear resistance and the ability to maintain a thin, durable edge. It achieves a hardness of 57-62 HRC, which ensures long-lasting sharpness even with intensive use. Its chemical composition is a precisely selected combination of elements: carbon (1.4-1.6%), chromium (11-13%), molybdenum (up to 0.8%), vanadium (up to 1%), manganese (up to 1%), and silicon (up to 1%). The high carbon and chromium content ensures hardness and wear resistance, while molybdenum and vanadium improve the strength and durability of the cutting edge. Although D2 steel is not completely stainless, its corrosion resistance is sufficient to meet the requirements of most conditions of use. It is widely used in the production of mid-range and high-end knives, including handmade knives and cutting tools.
G10 feature
G10
G10 is a lightweight and extremely durable material, considered one of the best for knife production. It is created by pressure-pressing fiberglass with phenolic resin, which gives it high durability and resistance to mechanical damage. It is chemically inert, does not conduct electricity, and retains its properties at both low and high temperatures. In terms of parameters, it is similar to carbon fiber, but its production is much cheaper. G10 handles are manufactured by precision cutting and cutting, which increases the cost of processing but ensures a perfect fit and long knife life.

Titanized in Bestech knives is a protective coating applied using the PVD method, which uses titanium compounds such as titanium nitride (TiN) or titanium oxide (TiO2). This process takes place in a vacuum and produces a thin, extremely hard layer with high resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The coating gives the blade a matte finish, reduces reflections, and emphasizes the aesthetics of the knife. It is also available in various colors. Thanks to its durability, it extends the life of the blade and facilitates its maintenance without negatively affecting its cutting properties.

    The best EDC knife I’ve ever had. Excellent quality of both the blade and the scales. It slices through paper like crazy in sharpness tests. An unassuming little knife with great power. Super sharp from the factory. I recommend it.

    I have been using the Dundee for some time and I am satisfied with it. The knife is comfortable, fits well in the hand, and handles everyday tasks without any problems. The mechanism works smoothly, and the build quality is really good for this price. A small, handy folding knife.

    The black and red combination is very practical. The knife is easy to find outdoors. Sharpness and fit are great. Note: this is not a very heavy-duty knife. Looks can be deceiving. The bearings are not especially robust, nor are the stop pins. It does not inspire the same confidence as budget Spyderco and Ganzo models with washers. Unfortunately. But it is much prettier than they are. The clip is delicate but also nice-looking. I removed mine. I carry the knife in a leather sheath. It works well and there is less stress.

    I've been using it for a while now. The black coating on the blade holds up decently, even with heavy use. However, the clip did not stand the test of time and the black has almost completely worn off it (which doesn't look too good). Knife fitting - first class. Quality/price ratio - world-class. Highly recommended.

    The knife is very nice – good steel for an EDC knife, it cuts like crazy, it's just right! But this clip is a disaster. It's not very springy, it bends and has slipped out of my pocket more than once... And today it died. What a pity.

    A cool knife. Looks great, plus MagnaCut steel. The only thing I would change is the lock for a stronger one ;) But I guess the idea was to keep costs as low as possible. It's a pity you can't buy it in this steel anymore, because I would buy it. It's been in my EDC for a year.

You need to use a bit of force to open it, but that's an advantage because it won't open accidentally in your pocket. The bearings are very smooth. The lock works flawlessly. There is a tiny chip on the blade, so if someone wants a perfect edge, they should check after purchase. I didn't report it because it doesn't bother me - I can live with it.
