The sound is loud and frightening – exactly as it should be. It's not very powerful, but it does its job and makes an impression. The downside is the switch on the back, which broke for me. Apart from that, the equipment is OK.

Overall, visually and size-wise, it's great, it looked powerful and it's nice that there is a flashlight, but it's a shame that after just 2 weeks the off button completely detached. I was very gentle because of other reviews, but still, it didn't help.

From the pros: Small and handy, looks like a bigger lighter/disposable, which makes it very inconspicuous. Buzzes okay, the sound intrigues people. Supposedly the size-to-power ratio is nice, but I haven’t had a chance to try it out. Its small size and USB charging are its advantages. The disadvantage is the rather troublesome unlocking, which could be problematic in a stressful situation. The dry shot is sufficiently deterrent.
