Probably the best belt attachment. I use it for knives and after longer use, I have absolutely no complaints. Well made, fits many knife sheaths.

A mounting platform designed for secure attachment to a belt or any piece of accouterment in various configurations. The mounting system works with belts and is compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system. Intended for tactical belts ranging in width from 38.1 to 57.15 mm.
Engineered to allow secure fixing of knife sheaths, pistol holsters, pouches, and other compatible gear to the holder. Side-mounted buttons, known as Quick Release Tabs, enable swift removal of the mount from a belt. The Adjustable Shims allow customization to fit the specific thickness of the belt in use. Designed for OWB style holsters and suitable for both right- and left-handed users.

Very good quality workmanship. You can attach various things, including the knife mentioned in the opinion above. It can be adjusted to belts of different widths, and then it holds onto the belt very tightly. It has 9 holes for attaching equipment, although some knife sheaths, due to their shape, limit some attachment angles.
