Gauze dressing infused with a hemostatic chitosan agent, designed for first aid use and the rapid control of bleeding. Suitable for application in rescue missions, disaster response scenarios, and particularly effective in combat situations. Proper and secure application of the dressing necessitates prior training.

Designed for environments demanding reliability, the dressing delivers a bactericidal action, generates no exothermic response, prevents burns, and will not adhere to the wound. Each sterile package contains a single strip of compressed gauze, measuring 7.5 cm x 1.8 m. The inclusion of chitosan in the dressing promotes rapid hemostasis, sealing bleeding points by forming a stable clot upon contact with blood. Clot formation occurs in approximately 2-3 minutes after application and remains intact, even when the wound is irrigated with saline. Suitable for controlling moderate to severe hemorrhage effectively.
