Brandit M65 Standard children's jacket with removable liner - Dark Camo

All-weather children’s jacket inspired by the iconic M65. Features include a hood concealed within the collar, 4 pockets (two located on the chest and two at the waist), as well as epaulettes on the shoulders.

Utilized by the US military since the Vietnam War, the M65 jacket stands as a true classic—durable, practical, comfortable, and roomy. Admired globally, the M65 has gained legendary status. Frequently seen in movies and TV series, the jacket has been worn by characters portrayed by iconic actors such as Sylvester Stallone in Rambo, Robert De Niro in Taxi Driver, and Bronisław Cieślak in 07 zgłoś się.

The production utilizes a robust blend of materials—80% polyester and 20% cotton—which offers exceptional resistance to tearing while providing protection from light rainfall. The jacket’s interior features a cotton lining along with a detachable, insulated inner lining filled with synthetic material to ensure warmth. Due to these features, the jacket is well-suited for year-round use. Stability and comfort are enhanced by buttons sewn at the nape and on the sleeves. Enhanced defense against cold is provided by Velcro-adjustable cuffs and a waist drawstring.

The M65 model features a zipper closure, which is further secured by a snap-fastened strip. This design enhances heat retention inside the jacket and shields against powerful winds seeping through the zipper. The protective strip also helps prevent the zipper from jamming due to the build-up of dirt, dust, sand, as well as from freezing water or packed snow.

    I bought this jacket as a Christmas present for my grandson and ordered it really late. I was very pleased with the excellent order tracking system, which allowed me to check exactly where the package was. When I received the jacket, I was positively surprised by its high quality and workmanship. My grandson is very happy with it, and the value for money is excellent. I chose the size intended for a height of 170 cm for a 14-year-old, and it turned out to be perfect. I sincerely recommend this brand.

    Quality / price is very good, detachable lining, hidden hood, mini version of M65 ;) Not really for winter, meaning subzero temperatures, especially since my son is sensitive to cold, but overall satisfied. He is about 150cm tall and size 146/152 jacket fits perfectly for a slim boy.

    The jacket surprised me very positively, Brandit managed to faithfully recreate the M65 jacket for adults, it only differs in small details such as sewn-on epaulettes (in the original they are on buttons), slightly different button placement for the lining, different material, but that's understandable. The quality is of course worse than a contract or Helikon copy, a lot of loose threads, etc., but that's all irrelevant because my son's joy at having a jacket like Dad's is priceless. As always, militaria deserve recognition – the goods ordered on Friday at 8 p.m. were already waiting in the parcel locker at 11 a.m. the next day.

    I had to buy the jacket twice (the first time it was definitely too small), so when buying again I chose one size larger and it fit perfectly. The jacket fits great, it's pretty warm even without the lining, with the lining it's not cold and the wind protection is quite high. Rain is also not a problem for this jacket. Instead of the sewn-in hood, I recommend a hat, as it's more comfortable since the hood is a bit awkward.
