A hydrophobic coating minimizes moisture absorption and prevents the accumulation of persistent dirt. Zippers on the US Cooper Mountain model come with pull handles, allowing for easier opening and closing. A dedicated rain cover ensures additional protection for equipment against rain and other forms of precipitation.

The roomy main compartment is accessible via a flap secured with two snap buckles. Integrated into the flap is a zippered pocket for small accessories, along with an elastic drawcord and stopper ideal for attaching a lightweight jacket, sweatshirt, or mat. At the base of the backpack, a pocket with a dual-direction zipper has been added.

Along both sides are two generous pockets that detach from the pack’s main frame and can be zipped together. Outfitted with built-in shoulder straps, each pocket transforms into a separate, compact daypack perfect for carrying core gear on shorter excursions.

Equipped with MOLLE system straps, the model enables the attachment of additional gear. The compression straps with buckles are designed to either decrease the backpack’s size or secure extra equipment. Multiple D-rings provide further mounting options.

A front rectangular velcro panel facilitates the placement of patches or emblems such as a national flag, unit badge, or Morale Patches.

Ergonomically shaped shoulder straps combined with fully adjustable hip and chest straps provide a secure fit to the body and outstanding comfort, even on extended treks. Convenient carrying handles are stitched onto both the top and the front of the backpack, making it easy to lift and transport.
