A 1-hole balaclava in black that provides effective protection for the head, neck and face against cold and wind. The elastic fabric made with 4-Way Stretch technology ensures a very good fit. The material wicks moisture away from the skin, helping maintain a dry microclimate during activity.
lightweight and durable fabric
The balaclava is made from knit fabric composed of 95% recycled polyester and 5% elastane. Polyester is responsible for the durability of the material, its low weight and quick-drying properties. The synthetic fibres reduce moisture retention next to the skin and support the transfer of sweat to the outer surface of the fabric, where it can evaporate more efficiently.
Elastane increases the stretch of the material and allows the balaclava to conform to the shape of the head, neck and face. The combination of 2 types of fibres has made it possible to create a lightweight, flexible and quick-drying knit fabric designed for activity in various conditions.
4-way stretch technology - fit and comfort
The balaclava is made with 4-Way Stretch technology, which allows the material to stretch in four directions. The knit fabric adapts to the shape of the head, face and neck, and then returns to its original form after removal. Its elasticity ensures a close yet non-restrictive fit. It reduces shifting of the material during movement and makes it easier to wear the balaclava, for example under a helmet.
ventilation openings for efficient airflow
In the mouth area, laser-cut ventilation openings have been used. They increase airflow and make it easier to wick away moisture during breathing. The front part of the balaclava is equipped with 1 wide face opening, which can be adjusted freely depending on the conditions. The material can cover the nose and mouth during wind and low temperatures or be lowered below the chin.
