It all depends on the budget. The binoculars are lightweight and handy. I haven't checked whether it is waterproof. The body is covered with soft-touch rubber. Optics coated with multi-layer anti-reflective coatings. I recommend it!

A small, handy binoculars with good magnification. When folded and placed in the case, it fits in the side pocket of military-style trousers. The strap for hanging it around the neck is also useful.

Nice and lightweight binoculars, but a 16x zoom is a bit too much for city walks and you need to hold it steady to get a stable view. In addition, 32mm lenses are not very bright for this field of view and may be a bit dark in the evening.

Elegantly made and finished binoculars. Nice magnification for such compact dimensions. The downside is the lack of protective lens caps and the short eye relief rubber for glasses.

You want to peek through it all the time. I rate the housing 4+ (lacking lens caps). Image quality is good enough for me. It's great during the day; on cloudy days, the brightness drops but it's still good; at night it's weak unless you're viewing glowing neon signs :-) You feel the power in a small device. The binoculars are small but not tiny; they fit perfectly in my hand (I have large hands). Of course, the image shakes a bit, but it's manageable. The binoculars are more for occasional peeking than for following the image continuously.

The binoculars are small and lightweight. Magnification is high, but unfortunately with this diameter the eyepieces make the image dark. But they are suitable for observation in good visibility.
