Bushnell’s RMX-300 collimator sight is crafted from robust 7075 T6 aircraft-grade aluminum. Its open-frame design ensures an unobstructed field of view, enabling rapid target acquisition and comprehensive situational awareness. The housing is rated to the IPX7 standard, confirming high resistance to water and dust.
Protective openings in the body act as crush zones, absorbing heavy impacts to safeguard the lens. The sight is built to be shockproof, conforming to MIL-STD-810H standards.
A horizontal button array offers more intuitive handling, while the Button Lockout feature secures settings from accidental changes by locking the controls. Direct mounting is compatible with MSR, SRO standard sockets, and the included adapters allow installation on AR/MSR and 22 mm rail systems.
A CR2032 battery powers the sight, delivering up to 35,000 h of runtime thanks to its highly efficient diode and advanced electronic controls. Manual brightness controls provide 12 settings, including 2 levels optimized for use with night vision devices. The Auto-Ambient system can automatically adapt the dot’s brightness to match ambient light conditions.
An integrated Shake Awake feature further enhances battery efficiency. After 5 minutes of inactivity, the unit enters sleep mode and reactivates with any movement of the mounted weapon.
The optical setup is parallax-free, with a lens featuring multi-layer coatings to ensure optimal light transmission across the spectrum and reduce blue light glare. All glass elements are treated with an additional EXO-Barrier coating for hydrophobic protection.
