Carinthia HIG 5.0 Trousers - Olive
Insulated pants in olive color intended for use in low temperatures reaching up to -20 degrees Celsius and during changing weather conditions. They were developed as an insulating layer providing high thermal protection.
The outer layer is made of windproof Carinthia SOF 2L material, and the interior is filled with synthetic G-Loft insulation with a grammage of 125 g/m2. The model is equipped with one external pocket, adjustable suspenders, and two-way side zippers enabling quick dressing without the need to remove shoes.
Carinthia SOF 2L outer material
The outer layer is made of Carinthia SOF 2L based on polyamide. The material is lightweight, wind-resistant, and hydrophobic, therefore it limits the penetration of cold air and the absorption of moisture during short-term contact with precipitation or wet surroundings. The pants lining is made of 100% polyamide, which makes it easier to put the garment on efficiently over thermal underwear. In critical knee and seat areas, durable material reinforcements have been used, which increase durability during work in changing positions.
G-Loft thermal insulation
Warmth retention is ensured by synthetic G-Loft insulation with a grammage of 125 g/m2 made of 100% polyester. G-Loft fibers trap warmed air inside the insulating layer, helping maintain thermal comfort in low temperatures. The resilient filling does not clump and retains its warming properties even after becoming damp.
1 practical pocket
The pants are equipped with one external pocket, located at the back, fastened with a concealed zipper with a protective flap. The pocket is intended for safely carrying handy small items.
adjustable suspenders, high waist
The model is equipped with adjustable suspenders of a new design, which stabilize the pants during movement, while the high waist at the rear of the waistband covers the lumbar area and protects the kidneys from drafts. Along the legs run separating, two-way zippers with a windproof strip, which allow the pants to be put on or taken off instantly while wearing boots and accouterment, and also enable ventilation adjustment during intense exertion. Transport dimensions of 18 x 31 cm and low weight make it easy to carry the garment in a backpack.
