With all optical surfaces treated with one or two layers (Fully Coated), minimal light loss occurs, ensuring a crisp and clear image.

    Very nice product and quality. I have been using various monoculars for many years. The first was a Tasco Essentials 10x25 I bought, I think, 10-15 years ago, also from Militaria. It endured a lot but eventually came apart and the lens fell out. I recently bought a new Tasco, but the image quality difference between Carson and Tasco is huge. If you plan to buy a monocular, add a few zlotys and get a Carson. What's nice about it: small size (shorter than Tasco), weight, image quality. It comes with a case and carabiner, but as a keychain, it's not a great option. I also have a Vortex Solo—the image is great but it's heavy and I'd be sad to damage it :) Just like with knives: what's the best knife? The one you have with you. I think with this weight, size, and image quality, and price (it won't be a big loss if you lose or drown it), it's just right for a pocket, waist bag, or backpack.
