A robust telescope featuring a 5-inch Newtonian reflector enables real-time stargazing via a smartphone screen (smartphone not included). Outfitted with a primary mirror measuring 130 mm in diameter and a 650 mm focal length.
For smartphone-based sky observation, securely place the device in the dedicated holder and start the StarSense Explorer app, which leverages LISA sky recognition technology to analyze stellar patterns and determine the telescope's orientation. Once a celestial target is chosen, directional arrows displayed on the smartphone assist in quickly and precisely locating astronomical objects.
Exceptional stability is provided by the sturdy azimuth mount, while fine adjustment knobs offer fluid control for accurate positioning.
