Celestron Trailseeker 65 spotting scope - Simple

High-performance spotting scope with premium optics. The 65 mm objective is constructed from low dispersion BaK-4 glass. Equipped with XLT Fully Multi-Coated anti-reflective coatings, the lenses deliver excellent light transmission, resulting in a bright, high-contrast image. Notably, the scope features an expansive field of view at the minimum 16x magnification and an impressive maximum magnification of 48x.

The unit offers a range of practical features, such as a microfocuser for precise adjustments. An integrated, extendable sunshade increases image contrast, especially when viewing against strong light. The tripod mount is engineered to enable the scope to rotate smoothly along its axis without the need to reposition the tripod.

Straight-body version features an eyepiece aligned parallel with the scope’s axis—ideal for supported, handheld observation from surfaces like windowsills or railings. Observing targets on or just below the horizon (such as ships at sea or streets viewed from a building) is particularly efficient. Standard 1/4" tripod compatibility ensures stable mounting when necessary.

A significant benefit of the design is the interchangeable eyepiece system, supporting 1.25" fixed-focus astronomical eyepieces for versatile use.

With a waterproof build, the scope resists moisture intrusion, while nitrogen purging effectively prevents internal lens fogging. The body is wrapped in a rubber coating for a secure, non-slip grip.
