I wouldn’t go as far as some other opinions, saying it’s a solid knife, perfect for self-defense; it’s more like a one-time, plastic toy. Yes, it’s very light and comfortable in the hand. Not suitable for carrying, unless in a bag or backpack. This isn’t mentioned in the description, but the store put a sticker on the packaging saying it’s a ‘training knife’, and let’s keep it that way :) Also good for collectors.

Cold Steel FGX Wasp Dagger
FGX Series comprises Cold Steel knives engineered through injection molding with robust Grivory material. Outfitted with a blade featuring a Dagger profile, the design delivers a razor-sharp point and double-sided serrated cutting edges for effective performance. Ergonomic handle scales crafted from Kray-Ex polymer provide a secure grip. Modeled after the renowned Cold Steel Drop Forged Wasp, this variant incorporates aggressive serrations on both blade edges.
Dagger profile blade made of Grivory material
Featuring a dagger-style profile, the blade measures 177 mm in length and 9.75 mm in thickness. Constructed from Grivory—a composite of glass microfibres and a nylon matrix—the design offers a razor-sharp tip and serrated edges that provide the option for further sharpening.
Scales made of Kray-Ex polymer
Interchangeable handle scales are crafted from textured Kray-Ex polymer, selected for its excellent resistance to moisture, shifts in temperature, and physical wear. Offering a secure and comfortable hold, this material stands up well in demanding conditions. A lanyard hole reinforced with a metal ring allows for convenient attachment of a lanyard or safety cord. Designed for reliability, the knife remains lightweight, resistant to environmental elements, and electrically non-conductive. When the steel ring or lanyard is removed from the end of the handle, the knife is rendered completely non-magnetic.

The Cold Steel FGX Wasp knife is an interesting addition to any collection. Very light and very sharp. The tip can easily pierce something, and the serrated edges can cause just as much damage.
-
Cold Steel FGX Boot Blade I is an interesting knife made of plastic. However, it's not particularly sharp, except for the tip. A cool addition to the collection, but that's about it.
-
A light and solid knife. Non-magnetic and resistant to weather conditions. The quality of workmanship is top-notch. I hope I’ll never have to use it. I definitely recommend it.
-
Looks great. If someone doesn't read the item description, they might be surprised that this knife is not suitable "for camping." For self-defense, I would rather recommend pepper spray, because after using a knife, we might be accused of exceeding the limits of necessary defense. For a collection, this is a must-have item. It looks divine, brass knuckles in the handle. I have only seen one other knife with brass knuckles on the market. I recommend it for collectors.
-
A brilliantly designed self-defense knife. Cheap, well-made, and could save someone’s life. I highly recommend it to everyone, it’s definitely worth getting.
-
The knife is excellently made, lightweight, and very easy to handle. However, it has one drawback for me: the ring should be provided separately so that anyone who wants it can attach it themselves, because as it is, when I tried to remove it quickly and carelessly I already scratched the plastic ;D The store is always great, shipping is fast and without any problems. I highly recommend both the product and the store.
-
Great knife, the original must have scared enemies... I think this knife will effectively deter a potential attacker. The price is acceptable, I don't have the original in my collection yet but I have this one and I'm satisfied.

Light, sharp, and on time
-
Looks like a dagger (big plus) Sharp as heck Larger than it seems
-
Product matches the description. Very sharp
-
An interesting gadget, more durable than it seems. It's just not suitable for sharpening.
-
Bought as a curiosity. The material seems durable. The tip is sharp, with the 'blade' you can maybe open letters at most, but I wouldn't call this a downside.
-
Sharp, stable in the hand. Striking appearance. Very well made. I recommend it.
-
Good value product for the price compared to quality. Really well made. Unfortunately, my piece arrived damaged with a torn and old package. It looked as if I received a used item, not a new one. I returned it. But I will buy again because it's worth it.
