The sword is flawless, polished, protected with oil, and, pleasantly surprising to me – sharpened better and more elegantly than Cold Steel sabres (light cavalry and shamshir). Sharpening runs along the full length of the blade. No looseness or scratches. The sword is made as simply as possible, but that's how it's supposed to be – and it's a big advantage – like a Kalashnikov, indestructible :) I have a reservation about the scabbard, which is poorly fitted, making it hard to sheathe the weapon, and the stitching and fittings are quite crude.
