Forged from expertly tempered 1060 Carbon spring steel, the blade features a zero-grind edge, finely polished for a seamless finish between the flats and the cutting edge. Extremely sharp, the sword delivers precise and effortless cuts through training mats.
A wooden handle is wrapped in authentic Same (stingray skin - Raja). Enhanced with a decorative metal Tsuba (guard), Kashira (pommel cap), and Menuki (ornamental under the handle wrap), each element is precision-cast from high-quality metal. A huge Japanese sword and incredibly sharp. You can have fun cutting water bottles with it or fruits and vegetables like pumpkin or watermelon. For me, it's great fun to use.
