    I watched a bunch of reviews on axes like this one. The deciding factor for this first one was the handle. I was really curious about it and the price was right to have a go and if unsatisfied, pass it along. Blade is strong and pike is rugged. it is a bit unbalanced overall, but the torque (and lightness of motion) you can get from the longer handle is true.

    Good quality hatchet, it seems really durable. The spine can strike sparks from a ferro rod. For me, it's worth its price. Also looks flawless. Comes very well sharpened and secured.

    The hatchet meets expectations, the only problem was some looseness in the screws (just tighten them), so far it hasn't happened again.
