A well-designed vest, the big advantage is the laser-cut MOLLE, which allows you to attach gear as needed and also provides ventilation in the summer. The vest sizes are exactly what I needed.
Combat Lab Shrimp Tactical Vest - MultiCam
Engineered as a tactical vest, the Plate Carrier is constructed from ultra-lightweight, laser-cut laminate and robust 500D Cordura fabric, renowned for its high resistance to abrasion and damage. Treated with IRR (Infrared Reflective Treatment), the material effectively reduces detectability by devices utilizing residual light, such as night vision equipment.
laser-cut MOLLE/PALS system
The Shrimp model features complete coverage with a Laser Cut technology MOLLE/PALS system, enabling the attachment of additional gear in any preferred configuration. The front and back panels include pockets designed for ballistic inserts measuring 200 × 300 mm, or medium ESAPI (246 × 323 mm).
integrated cummerbands
An integrated side cummerbund offers adjustability and provides options for attaching extra gear or side plates in dedicated pockets. A robust system of durable elastics ensures a secure fit to the wearer's body. The shoulder straps feature Velcro adjustment for optimal comfort.

MultiCam camouflage
MultiCam represents an advanced camouflage design, introduced in 2002 by the American firm Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) within the Objective Force Warrior program. Developed to provide a highly adaptable camouflage solution, MultiCam is engineered for effectiveness across a wide range of terrains and rapidly shifting environmental conditions. Featuring a palette of seven hues, its pattern blends gradients of green, brown, and beige tones, ensuring optimal concealment by adjusting to various surroundings—for instance, adopting vibrant greens in wooded regions and shifting to browns and beiges in arid landscapes. In Central and Eastern Europe, MultiCam excels particularly during the autumn months and amid dried vegetation. The versatility and performance of MultiCam have led to global adoption among military forces and specialised tactical units. In 2010, the U.S. Army officially selected the pattern to outfit soldiers deployed in Afghanistan, replacing the former Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Civilian availability has also fueled popularity, making MultiCam a top choice for military enthusiasts and airsoft players alike.

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
Materials with IRR (Infrared Reflective) properties are designed to maximize the absorption and minimize the mission of infrared radiation, which is important for camouflage and avoiding detection by observation devices such as night vision devices.
LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
