I've been using the mug for quite some time now. In terms of retaining temperature, ergonomics, and size, I have no complaints. The only thing is I wouldn't recommend putting it in the dishwasher – it doesn't lose its properties, but the paint peels off due to the heat.

It may not be the cheapest mug, but it surpasses other cheaper competitors in quality and appearance. The matte blue color looks very good. Compared to the mugs my wife has used so far, Contigo is definitely a different story. Premium quality. Contigo mugs are generally of good quality. I bought this one for my wife as a second copy, because after the first one was mercilessly battered for almost three years, day in and day out, we finally managed to damage the lid (the cover of the unlocking button fell off, but it's not like it can't be used anymore). However, it's important to remember that this is not a thermos, so maintaining a higher beverage temperature, especially if the mug is opened frequently, lasts about 3-4 hours (indoors).
