For me, this is an essential accessory for these holsters. Every time I left the shooting range, it would drive me crazy to take the paddle off my belt and pants. Now it works exactly as it should :)

After switching from the paddle to this holster mount, it's hard to describe how much more convenient it is. It's very easy to put the holster on and take it off your belt, and the clasp also has a looseness adjustment so it fits tightly on the belt. The holster sits securely with no movement. I definitely recommend it.
