The BioLight 100 is an easy-to-operate educational-grade microscope, perfect for those new to microscopy and ideal as a teaching instrument. Supplied with a basic preparation kit.

Outfitted with precision glass optics, the microscope incorporates three achromatic objective lenses, delivering magnification levels from 40x to 400x. Magnification can be further extended to 640x with the addition of a P16x eyepiece (not included). The BioLight 100 is an effective tool for examining a wide range of specimens—including cells, plant and animal tissues, protozoa, and planktonic crustaceans present in water samples. Enhanced image clarity and contrast are ensured thanks to the aperture wheel located beneath the stage.

Equipped with the capability to attach a microscope camera (camera not included), the Delta Optical BioLight 100 enhances operational versatility. Utilizing this optional upgrade enables visual documentation, empowering users to capture and record their observations in both photo and video formats.

Engineered for portability and convenience, the lightweight construction allows the microscope to be easily carried into the field. Powered by either three AA rechargeable batteries or AA batteries, there is no need for an external power source. When standard batteries are in use, disconnect the microscope from the mains supply. For indoor use, the included power adapter enables operation directly from the mains.
