Tourist backpack featuring the Deuter Aircomfort Sensic Pro ventilated carrying system. Numerous practical compartments and pockets make it easy to organize your gear efficiently. With a 40-liter capacity, the pack is well suited for both day excursions and extended trekking adventures.
The generous main compartment secures with a lid and dual buckles. Inside, a dedicated pocket accommodates a hydration bladder of up to 3 liters. The model comes with an extra lower compartment, perfect for carrying a sleeping bag. A stretch mesh pocket at the front holds wet clothing, while additional elastic side pockets provide space for water bottles. The hip belt incorporates two zipped pockets, ideal for snacks, a phone, or a compact camera. The top lid pocket is designed for essential items such as a first-aid kit.
The Futura backpack includes straps for attaching trekking poles or an ice axe, as well as loops for securing a helmet holder. Side compression straps are provided to stabilize the load or to secure bulkier gear externally when it won't fit inside the main compartment.
A major asset of the Futura 40 is its ventilated carrying system delivering elevated comfort on longer hikes. Distance mesh is used to keep the backpack off your back, creating airflow that significantly minimizes perspiration. The breathability surpasses traditional carrying systems by approximately 25%.
The Vari Flex hip belt adapts to the body's movement for increased flexibility. Comfortable weight distribution is further supported by a spring-steel frame and shoulder straps padded with soft foam.
